Turn any link, note, menu or WiFi password into a scannable code: pick a type, fill in the content, download the PNG. The code is a static QR — the content is encoded directly into the pattern, so it works forever and nobody can switch where it points.
The WiFi trick
Guests always ask for the WiFi password. Generate a WiFi-type code with your network name and password once, print it, and guests scan it with their camera to connect — no more spelling out passwords. iPhone cameras connect directly; most Android scanners do too.
Static vs dynamic codes
This tool makes static codes: the destination is baked into the pattern, valid forever, no server required, but not editable after printing. "Dynamic" codes can redirect and track scans, but they die when the provider does. For anything long-lived (restaurant menus, business cards, gravestones), static wins.
Keep codes scannable
The more content you encode, the denser the pattern and the harder it scans from a distance. Keep URLs short, text under ~300 characters, and print large with a clean white margin around the code. Test with two different phones before printing hundreds of copies.
